We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Controller with a CPA certification to support a Laval-based manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of corporate finance experience and be fluent in French and English. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing tax returns, and aiding external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly closing processes and journal entry preparation

• Monitor budgets alongside financial statements for accuracy

• Assist in preparing tax returns and supporting auditors

• Manage cash flow and banking operations for two entities

• Use EPICOR and Quick Books for financial tracking

Requirements:

• Must hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a finance role

• Bilingual:
French and English required

• Strong background in corporate finance preferred

• Familiarity with EPICOR and Quick Books advantageous
