At Aviso, you’ll support clients by executing transactions while adhering to compliance standards. This dynamic position requires strong communication and the ability to enhance service processes aligned with client goals and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client-initiated financial transactions on Qtrade
• Review account setups to ensure client data accuracy
• Manage internal communications for effective service delivery
• Communicate market conditions impacting client portfolios
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
Requirements:
• Post secondary education in business or economics preferred
• 2-3 years in a customer-facing role in financial services
• Completion of Canadian Securities and Conduct & Practices Handbook
• Ability to thrive under fast-paced work conditions
• Passion for learning and adapting to new challenges
