As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for various recurring deposit operations. Your tasks will include account maintenance such as vesting changes, alongside researching banking cases and following up with clients. Ensuring the integrity of bank accounts is vital, as you’ll detect and prevent fraudulent activities while preparing relevant reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete complex account maintenance and vesting changes
• Research and resolve Service Cloud cases efficiently
• Analyze bank accounts for fraudulent activities
• Process daily tasks like wire transfers and stop payments
• Review mobile deposits and handle exception processing
Requirements:
• Experience in deposit operations or electronic banking
• Strong analytical skills for fraud detection
• Attention to detail in account management
• Proficiency with banking software systems
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug tests
