• Underwrite new and renewal Middle Market credit requests

• Prepare concise credit recommendations with quantitative analysis

• Monitor financial performance per loan documents

• Collaborate with CSMs for customer insights and loan structuring

• Oversee work quality of junior credit analysts and underwriters

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of relevant lending or credit analysis experience

• Advanced credit quality and analytical skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Knowledge of credit policies and documentation
