Position: Bank of America Mortgage Advisor Role
Join Bank of America as a Mortgage Advisor and start making a difference in clients' financial journeys. This position focuses on delivering mortgage and banking solutions from our Santa Clara branch.

In this role, you'll leverage over two years of mortgage origination experience to provide personalized services, including assisting clients with mortgage applications and offering tailored financial products like credit cards and auto loans. Maintaining compliance with the SAFE Act while facilitating excellent client relationships is key to your success. Your proactive approach will ensure clients are informed and supported throughout the lending process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and advise clients on borrowing and banking needs

• Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Process mortgage applications and support documentation

• Conduct regular follow-up to enhance client satisfaction

• Collaborate with team leaders on delivering premium service

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of mortgage origination experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to analyze financial data and regulatory guidelines

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
