In this role, you will act as the on-site Plant Controller, ensuring robust budget management and operational support for the site. Your expertise will guide strategic insights that enhance the financial performance of the facility. Lead teams in Cost Controlling while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the Supply Chain Financial Services group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily financial operations and controllership
• Facilitate effective business planning and reporting
• Oversee Month-End Close and Costing activities
• Support the financial team with fixed asset management
• Evaluate output transfer prices for actionable insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant finance area
• 4+ years of supply chain finance experience preferred
• ERP experience required, SAP desired
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Strong ability to develop team relationships
