Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual business strategies

• Establish performance objectives and sales targets

• Foster team engagement and accountability

• Ensure portfolio management aligns with client objectives

• Act as a key client representative in strategic interactions

Requirements:

• 15+ years in wealth management

• Leadership experience with investment professionals

• Knowledge of discretionary portfolio management

• CFA or equivalent preferred

• Bilingualism in English and French valued
