Position: Head of Fraud Strategy at Collectors
Take charge of fraud operations as the Head of Fraud Strategy d cutting-edge initiatives in a dynamic marketplace environment focused on fraud prevention and investigations.

This pivotal role oversees the fraud operations engine, ensuring swift decision-making and comprehensive investigations. You will partner with Disputes Operations and Trust & Safety while managing case reviews. Additionally, your expertise will drive enhancements in detection models and tool usage for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee real-time fraud decisioning and case management

• Collaborate on tuning rules with Data Science teams

• Conduct thorough investigations into various types of fraud

• Manage KYC and transaction monitoring systems

• Build and mentor the fraud operations team

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in fraud leadership

• Strong command of fraud detection technologies

• In-depth knowledge of payment fraud types

• Understanding of AML compliance processes

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
