As a Senior Underwriter within PGIM Real Estate, you will oversee significant loan transactions while mentoring and guiding junior analysts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring rigorous due diligence throughout the underwriting process. Your leadership will drive strategic direction and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full underwriting process of loan transactions

• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams

• Train and inspire junior team members

• Review due diligence and third-party reports thoroughly

• Conduct independent site visits and market analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in commercial underwriting

• Deep knowledge of Agency financing solutions

• Strong management capability and mentoring experience

• Excellent decision-making and communication skills

• Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
