Position: Columbia Bank Middle Market Credit Manager

In this role, you will utilize your 7-10 years of underwriting or credit analysis experience to support moderate-to-complex credit needs. You will identify risks, prepare credit recommendations, and ensure compliance across commercial and real estate loans. Your collaboration with Client Solutions Managers will be critical in addressing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and identify risks impacting repayment

• Prepare accurate and timely credit recommendations

• Oversee borrower compliance with financial documents

• Work closely with CSMs to enhance customer financial strategies

• Mentor junior team members to maintain high report quality

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in commercial underwriting or credit analysis
