Manager in Strategic Finance & M&A

As a key player on the Corporate Development & Finance team, you will partner with senior leaders to influence SIE's corporate strategy and investment evaluations. Your analytical skills will be crucial in developing executive materials and tracking the performance of strategic initiatives across various functions. You'll manage multiple projects while driving innovation within the gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft strategy updates and executive presentations

• Guide cross-functional projects for senior leadership

• Prepare investor relations and communication materials

• Facilitate M&A due diligence and integration plans

• Lead investment reviews to assess performance

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years in strategic finance or investment roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving background

• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas

• Experience in fast-paced environments

• High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
