Key Responsibilities:

• Issue initial and subsequent re-disclosures to consumers

• Address lock extension and relock requests efficiently

• Manage all adverse actions and generate required documentation

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage lending experience

• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage origination systems
