Risk Lead – Financial Services ​/ Capital Markets

Infocodec Solutions is seeking an experienced Risk Lead to support risk management initiatives across financial services and capital markets environments
.

The Risk Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, technology teams, and senior leadership to identify, analyze, and manage risks across trading operations, regulatory compliance, and enterprise technology initiatives.

This role focuses on strengthening risk frameworks, monitoring exposure, improving controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance across financial systems and processes
.

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks and controls aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and technology-related risks
  .

• Perform risk assessments and scenario analysis across trading systems, financial operations, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Monitor risk exposure and key risk indicators (KRIs) and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
  .
• Support compliance initiatives related to financial regulations and governance frameworks
  .

• Work closely with trading teams, risk management teams, technology teams, and business leadership
  .
• Facilitate communication between business users, risk analysts, and technology teams to ensure proper risk oversight.

• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and governance updates for senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Support risk committees and governance forums with analysis and insights.

• Identify opportunities to improve risk monitoring processes, controls, and risk reporting mechanisms

• Support the implementation of risk analytics and automation solutions
  .

• 8+ years of experience in risk management, financial services, or capital markets environments
  .
• Strong experience in risk governance, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
  .

Knowledge of:

• Market Risk
• Credit Risk
• Operational Risk
• Regulatory Risk

• Experience working with risk management systems and analytics tools
  .
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as:
  • SQL
  • Excel
  • Power BI / Tableau

Understanding of:

• Capital markets and trading environments
• Risk monitoring frameworks
• Regulatory compliance standards

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead risk discussions with senior business and technology leaders
  .

• Experience working with global financial institutions or investment banks
  .
• Familiarity with risk analytics platforms and financial data systems
  .
• Professional certifications such as:
  • FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
  • PRM (Professional Risk Manager)
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
