WHAT YOUR ROLE INVOLVES
Deliver impeccable customer service at all times
Bring orders and clear tables according to established standards
Serve wine and beverages according to banquet service techniques
Advise guests on products and demonstrate sales skills
Set tables and prepare rooms before events
Polish glasses and utensils
Maintain cleanliness of the premises at all times
Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth running of operations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of relevant service experience
French-English bilingualism required due to regular interactions with an international clientele
Knowledge of the restaurant industry
Knowledge of wines (asset)
Courtesy, positive attitude, organizational skills and team spirit
Stress tolerance, autonomy, speed, resourcefulness and discretion
