What does your role involve?
Balance and monitor hotel revenues and prepare daily reports
Warmly welcome guests and anticipate their needs
Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, modifications, and cancellations
Assign rooms, issue keys, and provide guests with information about the hotel
Process financial transactions and billing
Identify special requests and verify the accuracy of reports
Handle complaints and make appropriate decisions
Apply Marriott brand policies and standards
Collaborate with all departments to build guest loyalty
Inform guests about local attractions and services in the area
Perform any other related duties
Required Qualifications
DEP or DEC in Accommodation Management or Hospitality
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or in high-volume customer service
Fully bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) — required due to regular interactions with an international clientele
Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
Accounting knowledge is an asset
First Aid certification is an asset
Knowledge of POSITOUCH and Light Speed is an asset
