Group Product Specialist at HIS

Become a Group Product Specialist with HIS Canada Travel, coordinating and enhancing group tours from inception to post-trip follow-up in a hybrid work environment. Utilize your bilingual skills as you engage with suppliers and manage tour operations.

Reporting to the Product Director, this role requires collaboration with the Product Manager and focuses on operational ownership of group departures. You'll navigate proposals from DMCs, create detailed itineraries, and coordinate logistics such as air requirements and passenger arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize group tour offerings

• Analyze and negotiate supplier proposals

• Coordinate air and landing logistics for tours

• Monitor sales, payments, and passenger lists

• Act as primary contact for suppliers and Tour Leaders

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• 1-2 years of experience in group travel

• Travel/Tourism diploma or equivalent experience

• Excellent customer and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
