Step into a rewarding part-time position as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist. Manage payroll processes and enhance employee benefits administration in an office environment.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for payroll processing in a primarily Ontario-based company with a workforce nearing 1000.
Your role entails working with both hourly and salary employees using ADP WFN and Kronos, as well as facilitating benefits administration for new hires and existing team members. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate payroll legislation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily payroll operations for employees
• Administer benefits for onboarding and current employees
• Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws and regulations
• Provide solutions for payroll-related inquiries
• Utilize payroll software tools effectively
Requirements:
• Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail
• Familiarity with ADP WFN and MS Excel
• In-depth knowledge of payroll policies and legislation
• Ability to function well in a team and independently
