We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist with 1-2 years of experience.

Your role will include administering benefits, conducting performance evaluations, and advising on compliance and collective agreements. You'll also facilitate conflict resolution and enhance training programs to strengthen our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR recruitment and staffing initiatives

• Mediate labor disputes and staff grievances

• Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs

Requirements:
