In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, driving business growth by understanding client needs and delivering tailored talent solutions. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates and tracking labor market trends to inform pricing strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades roles
• Develop client relationships in construction and industrial sectors
• Track compensation benchmarks and labor market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve recruitment targets
• Provide a professional candidate experience through guidance
Requirements:
• 2–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in skilled trades
• Strong proficiency in CRM and ATS software
• Ability to engage senior-level clients effectively
• Knowledge of skilled trades requirements and market trends
• Relevant post-secondary education is advantageous
