As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for executing global initiatives in Canada and the US. You'll provide guidance on policies, manage benefits, and support payroll processes while collaborating closely with various teams. Your work will directly impact employee engagement and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operationalize talent programs for onboarding and employee engagement

• Guide employees on HR queries and company policies

• Assist in US and Canadian benefits management and renewal

• Collaborate with Finance for accurate payroll processing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior positions

Requirements:

• 4+ years HR experience in employee relations and recruiting

• Knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws

• Strong organizational skills for managing priorities

• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
