The Centre is seeking a Manager - Human Resources and Administration to lead all HR, administration and corporate operations, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. You will supervise the Coordinator, Volunteers & Community Engagement and report to the Executive leadership.
Key duties include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll changes, policy development, investigations, and HR reporting, with a focus on not-for-profit governance and workplace safety.
