Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates via Linked In and job boards
• Screen candidates for technical and communication skills
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Track recruitment activity within ATS
Requirements:
• Experience in technical recruitment or sourcing
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing methods
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple roles remotely
• Immediate availability and Ontario residency
