This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Benefits Coordinator based in Canada.

This is a temporary, full-time opportunity with an anticipated twelve-month term, focused on supporting benefits and leave administration across the U.S. and Canada.
You will help manage a broad portfolio of employee benefits, retirement programs, and leave-of-absence activities.
The role combines hands-on administration, employee support, HRIS coordination, compliance, and vendor collaboration.
You will serve as an important resource for employees and HR teams, helping resolve questions and ensuring accurate benefits and leave information.
The position also offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements, benefits communications, and the implementation of new programs.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills will be essential when managing sensitive employee information and time-critical processes.
This is a collaborative remote role suited to someone who takes ownership, adapts quickly, and enjoys improving HR operations.
