Argano is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. You will function as a client-facing leader for projects relating to the customization and launch of a variety of Sales Performance Management Solutions within a growing number of tier one clients across a wide breadth of industries. You will participate in every stage of project execution, from pre-sales proposals, through the SDLC, implementation, transition to support, and post implementation.

This role will support Argano’s expansion into LATAM markets and requires the ability to lead client engagements in both English and Spanish.

As an Argano Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, and will be accountable for achieving project objectives while adhering to quality standards and best practices. You will apply your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders internally and externally with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
  • Use project management standards to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Argano and client stakeholders, including executives, product owners, consulting teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Effectively manage project budgets while ensuring a high level of fiscal control and accountability including estimates, forecasts, and reconciliation/confirmation of actuals.
  • Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure allocated budget is not exceeded and if needed, support the creation of Change Requests/Orders to secure additional project budgets.
  • Negotiate and document requested scope changes with customers and secure internal alignment on contract-related changes.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and project plan.
  • Track the progress of the work and project status at weekly meetings (internal meetings and client meetings) and report to the governance committees.
  • Prepare regular project status summaries and present them to stakeholders including clients and senior leadership.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Set and manage realistic and achievable expectations for deliverables and priorities, making sure they are identified and communicated, with regular follow-up with clients and the internal team.
  • Set high standards for your own work and ensure high quality outcomes are achieved.
  • Effectively communicate with senior management and clients about project status and risks.
  • Apply strong leadership and influencing skills to remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and manage scope to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Responsible for project governance (communication, change control, escalation, risk management)
  • Upon project completion, guide the transition between the client and the internal support team.
  • Develop all project documentation/ artifacts and ensure documentation storage and retention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience (required)
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) (preferred)
  • Ability to travel the United States and LATAM (required, although no current plans to travel)
  • Professional fluency in Spanish, including the ability to lead executive-level meetings and produce written project documentation (required)
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of technology implementation (SDLC) experience (required)
  • Previous consulting experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Sales Performance Management software systems is considered an asset (preferred)
