This role oversees the overall management, safety, and operational capabilities of Canadian flagged offshore support vessels. You will ensure adherence to all regulations, implement safety management systems, and effectively collaborate with both onboard and onshore personnel. The position requires strategic planning, crew training, and maintaining budgeting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vessel's safety and environmental compliance

• Ensure crew qualifications and training standards

• Oversee navigation during all operational phases

• Implement and maintain safety systems onboard

• Lead financial reporting and budget adherence

Requirements:

• Master Mariner Certificate of Competency required

• Dynamic Positioning Operators Certificate essential

• High-level knowledge of ISM and ISPS

• Previous management experience in maritime roles

• Valid Seafarers Medical and Passport required
