In this Senior Manager role, you will supervise the Workers Compensation Claims Team, ensuring that all claims are managed effectively from intake to closure. You will monitor performance, manage team productivity, and implement best practices for cost containment while staying updated on legislation and policy changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Workers Compensation Claims Team operations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Supervise the claims management process effectively
• Monitor team inventory and workload distribution
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and performance reporting
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years in claims management
• 2-5+ years in supervisory positions
• Knowledge of Canadian Workers’ Compensation systems
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification preferred
