- Develop comprehensive plans to manage timelines, budget, and scope as defined in the project charter.
- Oversee critical project phases, including data cleansing, fit‑to‑template workshops, testing, go/no‑go decision‑making and cut‑over.
- Drive definition and fulfilment of business go‑live criteria.
- Secure and onboard internal and external resources, ensuring the team has the right competencies for each project wave.

- Proactively manage risks by creating contingency plans and scenario modelling for items on the critical path.
- Drive local adoption through active change management, managing resistance and executing training plans.
- Supervise and mentor local team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting affiliate teams and ensuring a smooth handover to the sustainment organization post‑go‑live.
- Wave Lead and Service team leads (PMO, OCM Testing, Training, Data Management, etc.)
- Deployment Team members (Main Functional Contact & Subject Matter Experts)
- Agile Release Train (ART) Deployment Partners

- Be a systems thinker who can integrate multiple streams of information to make mature, strategic decisions.
- Possess strong change management skills, able to lead and mentor teams through high‑pressure, rapidly changing environments.
