I&T Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact between all project stakeholders—sponsors, managers, contributors, and external partners. You’ll lead the delivery of projects by coordinating resources, processes, and business objectives across BRP’s business sectors and external collaborators.
Responsibilities- Ensure projects are executed in alignment with organizational and business unit strategies.
- Develop and refine project plans and resource allocations.
- Manage contribution requests and resource assignments.
- Deliver standard PMO deliverables.
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery: scope, timeline, budget, risks, quality, and more.
- Present project updates to sponsors and steering committees.
- Lead phase transitions and operational handovers.
- Apply project management methodologies and ensure compliance with established processes.
- Supervise project contributors and approve timesheets.
- Make informed decisions in collaboration with key team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of project management experience.
- Recognized project management certification (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) is an asset.
- Strong understanding of business, functional, and corporate processes.
- Experience working in matrixed environments.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or who are English‑speaking on a daily basis (French/English).
