Responsibilities
- See to continuous improvement of customer service.
- Plan, distribute, and supervise the work to be done by employees under your responsibility.
- Carry out, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance evaluations, and planning the team's schedules.
- See to the opening and closing and ensure that the store is well run and clean.
- Contribute, in collaboration with the management team, to maintain a commercial image that respects the Jean Coutu Group standards.
- See to the training of employees under your responsibility.
- Engaging, autonomous, and dynamic in nature.
- Team player.
- Friendly and loves to be in contact with customers.
- If you don't have management experience, we will train you.
- Experience in retail management is a solid asset.
- Very good knowledge of French.
- 35 hours or more per week.
