Debt Control Agency Inc. is growing, and as part of our continued investment in our Quebec operations, we are looking for a strong bilingual leader to join our Laval office in a senior operational leadership role.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced debt collections leader who wants to grow with a well-established organization, make a meaningful impact, and help shape the next phase of our Laval operation.
We are looking for someone who understands the realities of first-party and third-party debt collection operations, knows how to lead from the floor, and has the ability to coach, motivate, and develop collection teams while driving performance, compliance, and accountability.
The successful candidate will bring:- Preferred 7+ years of experience in debt collections, including first-party and third-party collection operations
- Preferred 3+ years of experience managing supervisors, team leads, and front-line collection teams
- Strong hands‑on leadership skills with the ability to coach, support, and hold teams accountable
- Solid understanding of collection KPIs, productivity, quality assurance, compliance, collection strategy, and performance improvement
- Experience working in a regulated collection environment
- Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English
- A professional, fair, confident, and results-driven leadership style
- The ability to work on-site in our Laval office and lead close to the operation
