This position focuses on planning, organizing, and evaluating various food service operations. You'll lead a team of 11-15, ensuring that standards for service and safety are consistently met. An essential part of your role is to cultivate relationships with both clients and suppliers, enhancing the guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage daily operational activities
• Negotiate supplier and client agreements
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
• Maintain accurate inventory and sales reports
Requirements:
• High school diploma necessary
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong skills in MS Office applications required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
