As the Program Manager for Embassy Commons, you will report to the Regional Program Manager. Your focus will be on managing operational efficiencies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed housing services for individuals with complex needs. You'll drive programs that embody the essence of dignity, love, and hope, making a direct impact on both systems and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor program-level work plans

• Supervise onboarding and mentorship of staff

• Lead crisis management and reflective practices

• Nurture a healthy, goal-oriented team culture

• Coordinate care with community partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of relevant leadership experience

• Degree in social work, sociology, or equivalent

• Deep knowledge of mental health and supportive housing principles

• Strong interpersonal skills for team building

• Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
