Position: Group Disability Operations AVP Role
Become a key player at Medavie as the Assistant Vice President for Group Disability Operations, leading innovative case management solutions in a supportive hybrid work environment. Shape exceptional claimant experiences through strategic oversight.

This full-time, permanent role is essential for enhancing the operational efficiency of Disability Management services, including Short-Term and Long-Term Disability management. You will guide a national workforce to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational accountability. By developing talent and fostering a culture of growth, you will help drive the strategic objectives of Medavie’s Disability Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of Disability Case Management

• Ensure strong decision quality and timely outcomes

• Build frameworks for scalability and workflow optimization

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Disability Management

Requirements:

• University degree; MBA is an asset

• 10+ years in disability case management

• Proven skills in managing and developing senior teams

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

• Bilingualism in French and English preferred
