Project Manager – MTO Construction Leadership

Shape transportation infrastructure projects as a Senior Project Manager for MTO age in project execution, risk management, and business development initiatives.

In this leadership role, you will oversee complex MTO projects while mentoring multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high standards of quality. Your strategic oversight will promote LEA’s growth and reputation in Ontario’s transportation sector through effective client relationship management and innovative practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MTO construction projects with strategic oversight

• Mentor Contract Administrators and project staff

• Engage in business development activities to meet growth targets

• Prepare proposals and submissions for project procurement

• Ensure compliance with risk management and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Civil engineering degree or related discipline

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng)

• Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience

• Experience with complex MTO projects

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
