As the Specialty Program Manager, you will identify and develop programs that enhance patient access to specialty therapies while overseeing a team of specialty nurses.
Your role combines clinical insight and commercial expertise to optimize service uptake and improve health outcomes. You'll work closely with healthcare providers and key stakeholders to design solutions and support program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor specialty nursing teams
• Analyze clinical needs and identify program opportunities
• Collaborate with business development managers
• Build relationships with specialty clinics and pharmacies
• Track key performance indicators for program success
Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cardiology
• Strong understanding of specialty medications
• Experience with insurance and prior authorization processes
• Proficiency with EMR systems
