Take charge as the New Product Launch Lead at ZF LIFETEC. Oversee the full cycle of product introduction, ensuring customer engagement and operational excellence.
This role is designed for an experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years in launch management within the automotive sector. You will be responsible for managing the technical processes essential for successful program launches, acting as the main point of contact for customers. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead launch initiatives from order receipt to production
• Ensure process designs are functional and effective
• Report on program metrics and launches to management
• Collaborate with team members for successful APQP execution
• Promote safety and compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
• 5+ years in launch coordination or program management
• Experience with APQP process and manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
