We’re looking for a Team Lead, Testing Operations to join our rapidly growing consumer health tech startup. This individual will be focusing on optimizing and managing the internal processes that move member results and requisitions forward, ensuring smooth, day-to-day testing operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the results and requisition lifecycle, managing a team of Ops Associates, and ensuring reliable coverage across our core testing operations workflows.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for triaging and escalating operational issues, tracking and reporting performance metrics, and managing the optimization of existing processes. You’ll work closely with internal, cross‑functional teams to ensure the execution of high‑quality, reliable operations that meet internal expectations and drive a great member experience.

The ideal candidate will be meticulous in their attention to detail, a problem solver and critical thinker, and skilled at taking processes from good to great — iterating quickly, identifying efficiencies, and raising the quality bar without cutting corners. They're comfortable leveraging AI tools to work smarter and drive greater efficiency, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

• Support Daily Operations: Execute and maintain day-to-day operational workflows — including overseeing the TNP process, managing the QC requisitions queue, and overseeing order generation via the Admin UI order management queue — with a focus on reliability, accuracy, and timeliness in collaboration with internal teams.
• Issue Triage and Resolution: Monitor and triage operational issues — including ensuring coverage for member results and clinician notes inquiries via Intercom — coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot, and elevate when needed to minimize disruption.
• Data Tracking and Reporting: Collaborate with internal team members by supporting data collection and analyzing trends that impact member experience.
• Process Maintenance and Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in testing operations (results & requisition lifecycle) workflows, and identify and drive forward continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, and scale.
