About the role

The Amazon Ads Performance Manager will be accountable and optimize all of Earth Rated digital advertising efforts on all our Amazon Marketplaces. The AAPM will be hands‑on helping efficiently and profitably scale our Marketplace and Online Business. The Performance Manager is able to show proficiency and expertise across multiple Amazon marketplace using both Search & Display;
You will report to the Director of eCommerce.

Le Responsable de la Performance Publicitaire sera impliqué de manière pratique pour aider à développer efficacement et de manière rentable notre activité sur le Marketplace et en ligne. Le Responsable de la Performance doit démontrer une compétence et une expertise sur plusieurs marchés Amazon en utilisant à la fois la recherche et les publicités display.

Vous devrez rendre compte au Directeur du eCommerce.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day‑to‑day creation and optimization of our campaigns, bids, and keywords; working closely with both internal/external partners and agencies.
  • Ownership of the Build Out, Pacing, Allocation, & Spend Limitations of the Annual Advertising Budget.
  • Drive continued growth & profitability while allowing Earth Rated to gain Market Share across all markets.
  • Transform qualitative data into relevant and actionable reports to be used for company‑wide decisions.
  • Continuously review and assess current brand and marketing assets to leverage its efficiency based on levels of awareness, consideration, conversion and retention.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create a synergistic approach to brand building.
  • Stay current with Amazon advertising best practices, platform updates, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and continually improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon advertising strategy, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display campaigns, tailored to different product categories and customer segments using AMC data.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential issues, making data‑driven adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high‑quality, engaging, and persuasive ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy.
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders, fostering a data‑driven culture and facilitating informed decision‑making.
Our ideal candidate has
  • 3-5 years of experience with Amazon Ads
  • 1-3 years of experience with budget management & planning
  • 2+ Years of demonstrated success building ecommerce sales in the US and internationally
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Platforms (Seller & Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP & Amazon Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience with data management tools such as Tableau
  • Strong Desire to A/B Test new ad types and opportunities
