Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in the company’s commercial development. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients and directly contribute to market share growth.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and managing an existing and new customer portfolio

Actively identifying new business opportunities

Advising clients on technical solutions tailored to their needs

Maintaining a strong field presence (job sites, customer locations, projects)

Coordinating training sessions, product demonstrations, and technical follow-ups

Building long-term relationships based on trust and performance

Working closely with internal teams (service, logistics, management)

Your Profile

We are seeking a committed, structured, and results-oriented professional who is looking to build a long-term career.

You bring:

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or industrial sectors

Strong experience in prospecting and market development

Proven ability to build long-term business relationships

High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills

Basic technical aptitude (a significant asset)

Strong professional judgment, rigor, and prioritization skills

Proficiency with business software tools (Windows, Outlook, CRM, etc.)

Advanced French and functional English (fully bilingual preferred)
