Main Responsibilities:
Field Prospecting: Actively seek out new commercial clients for asphalt, concrete, interlocking stone (paving stone), landscaping, and line striping projects.
Lead Generation: Research and identify property managers and building owners within your territory.
Territory Management: Work within a designated area to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Client Engagement: Maximize direct interactions with both current and potential customers.
Project Auditing: Conduct on-site audits of required work, then prepare and present detailed quotes/proposals.
Profile & Requirements:
Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B (business-to-business) sales and interpersonal relations.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the paving or construction industry is considered a significant asset.
Drive: A candidate who is highly motivated by goals and achieving measurable results.
Approach: Professional, proactive, and customer-focused.
