Position Overview
As a territory manager in Quebec (based in Laval / Laurentians Region), you will represent WK Kellogg Co on some of the most respected and recognized retail operations in the world. You will use consulting and sales skills to secure immediate gains and long‑term customer partnerships across your territory.
Position HighlightsThis is a full‑time, on‑road role. A company car is provided, including insurance, gas for business trips, and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities- Develop WK Kellogg Co's retail presence—work with partners to understand client strategies and achieve sales, distribution, and marketing goals; identify opportunities to increase sales for customers and WK Kellogg Co.
- Execute promotions—ensure rapid execution, meet store goals, and comply with planograms and banner requirements. Collaborate with the retail sales manager on territory‑specific strategies.
- Continuous improvement—identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration with the retail team.
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Understand the importance of the WK Kellogg Co brand and use it to serve customers and consumers.
- Customer‑focused with strong credibility and trust building.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Tenacity and aptitude for sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven budget management experience.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Valid driver’s license in Canada; a driving summary may be requested.
- Ready to travel up to 50% of the time, with 2–3 overnight stays per month.
$73,600 – $92,000. Base pay is determined by skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, education, and local market conditions.
