We are hiring for our partner, and we’re currently looking for an inside sales representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Support outside sales representatives in managing customer accounts
Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on deliveries
Respond to customer inquiries (pricing, availability, technical specifications)
Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure excellent after-sales service
Act as a key support resource for the field sales team
Skills and qualifications :
Profile Requirements :
Experience in the steel industry or metal products industry (essential)
Experience in sales support and direct customer interaction
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bilingual French / English (spoken and written)
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
