This full-time position requires a minimum of three years in sales and leadership roles. You will oversee the performance of your team and identify growth opportunities with both new and existing clients. Effective communication and relationship-building will be critical as you work closely with the Sysco Canada Healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage performance and sales goals of the team
• Assign accounts to Contract Sales Consultants as needed
• Communicate healthcare promotions and objectives clearly
• Collaborate on proposals and healthcare contracts
• Lead customer business review discussions regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum three years’ sales experience
• At least three years in a leadership role
• Healthcare sector experience is an asset
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
