You will be responsible for identifying opportunities within operationally intensive environments, ensuring consultative sales processes, and engaging multiple stakeholders. With your experience, you will showcase Radiant's platform as a key asset management solution, enhancing efficiency in various industries such as healthcare and logistics. Formulate plans that not only meet quotas but also deliver strategic value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Target enterprise organizations needing operational solutions
• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions for insights
• Manage and close extended sales cycles with strategic follow-ups
• Maintain an accurate pipeline through CRM systems
• Collaborate across departments for customer success
Requirements:
• 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, particularly SaaS or IoT
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Strong ability to communicate technical advantages to stakeholders
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred
