Shape the future of our Industrial/OEM sales team in the GTA-SWO region as an Industrial Sales Manager. Focus on coaching, strategic planning, and driving successful sales initiatives.
This role requires a strong leader with at least ten years of experience in sales and mentoring technical sales staff. You will be responsible for setting sales objectives and driving a culture that promotes customer satisfaction and business growth. Your strategic mindset will enable you to analyze performance and refine sales strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the budget for OEM/Industrial sales in the territory
• Foster a strong sales culture and market share growth
• Set objectives and strategies for profitable sales growth
• Recruit and train a team of motivated Account Managers
• Maintain key customer relationships for ongoing success
Requirements:
• Minimum ten years of sales leadership experience
• Proven track record in Sales Operations and Talent Management
• Strong technical knowledge of the Industrial/OEM markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRMs and Microsoft Office suite
