In this pivotal role, you will serve as the strategic link between Sales and other departments, focusing on enhancing operational effectiveness. You'll analyze retail activities, provide essential performance insights, and manage a high-performing team, all while ensuring communication flows smoothly across functions. Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure the sales team excels in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication across Convenience Retail and cross-functional departments
• Analyze syndicated data to recommend future retail programs
• Deliver necessary analytics and sales performance insights
• Prepare sales updates for leadership and teams
• Manage initiatives and align with bottlers for program impact
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
• Over 7 years in Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage
• Over 7 years in Convenience Retail Channel
• Proficient in Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
