Aspire Software is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to enhance its sales team in Lebanon. This role emphasizes generating qualified sales opportunities through targeted outreach and close collaboration with Account Executives. The ideal candidate will excel in cold outreach, pipeline management, and strategic account targeting while maintaining high activity levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research target accounts aligned with ICP

• Execute outbound campaigns via email and phone

• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists

• Book meetings and product demos for Account Executives

• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in BDR or inside sales in B2B SaaS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM

• Highly organized and results-driven

• Comfortable with cold outreach and managing activity levels
