In this role at PGA TOUR Superstore, you will report directly to the Sales and Service Manager and cover the Hard Goods areas. Key responsibilities include assisting with customer fittings, maintaining pristine merchandise presentation, and ensuring the operational readiness of all equipment. You will need strong interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively and demonstrate product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage every customer with world-class service

• Assist in club fitting and selecting the right specifications

• Maintain excellent merchandising presentation and stock levels

• Support front-end operations including returns and promotions

• Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of Hard Goods areas

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office

• Must be able to lift 30 lb. boxes and stand for long periods
