Position: HVAC Territory Manager Central Coast
Drive HVAC growth as a Territory Manager with Ferguson in the Central Coast area. Forge strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver efficient solutions to contractor clients.

As a key player in Ferguson’s HVAC strategy, you will expand presence with residential and light commercial contractors. This field-based role involves consultative selling, leveraging vendor partnerships, and utilizing Ferguson's national infrastructure. You will analyze market trends and maintain active territory engagement to maximize business potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust-based relationships with HVAC contractors

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Recommend effective HVAC equipment and solutions

• Collaborate with teams for accurate execution and fulfillment

• Analyze territory performance and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years in outside sales or account management

• Understanding of HVAC equipment and contractor workflows

• Proven relationship-building and territory management skills

• Strong organizational and communication competencies

• Digital proficiency, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office
