The Role:

The Senior Director, FSAAS Sales is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving new business bookings and expanding strategic customer relationships within the FSAAS business. This role leads complex, consultative sales engagements and positions JD Power’s full portfolio of data, analytics, and advisory solutions with senior client stakeholders. This position is suited for experienced, self‑directed sellers who can independently manage large, complex sales cycles while contributing market insight and field perspective to the broader sales organization.

As a Senior Director, FSAAS Sales, you will play a critical role in driving bookings growth and strengthening JD Power’s presence with strategic customers and new logos. Your ability to navigate complex buying environments and engage senior decision‑makers will directly impact bookings, revenue, and long‑term account expansion across the FSAAS portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:
  • Prospecting and New Business Bookings
  • Own and execute new business bookings efforts aligned to FSAAS growth priorities.
  • Establish JD Power as a strategic partner to mid‑sized retail banks by leading consultative conversations with executive stakeholders around customer experience, growth, digital transformation, and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop relationships with Retail Banking, CX, Marketing, Digital, and Lending leaders to uncover enterprise‑wide opportunities and expand JD Power’s presence across business functions.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and wallet‑share growth by connecting JD Power’s Financial Services portfolio to measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business growth.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Represent JD Power in executive‑level meetings, briefings, and negotiations.
Account Growth
  • Expand a portfolio of strategic or high‑value accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP‑, SVP‑, and C‑level client stakeholders.
  • Develop account strategies aligned to customer objectives and JD Power capabilities.
  • Identify and advance cross‑sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
Bookings & Pipeline Management
  • Achieve or exceed assigned bookings targets.
  • Maintain a robust, accurate, and well‑qualified pipeline.
  • Forecast revenue reliably and manage deal progression with discipline.
  • Lead expansion and contract negotiation efforts for assigned accounts.
  • Support renewals and expansions in coordination with Customer Success.
Cross-Functional Engagement & Market Insight
  • Partner with Customer Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to advance opportunities.
  • Provide thoughtful feedback from customers and the market to inform strategy and offerings.
  • Support development of executive‑level proposals, presentations, and value narratives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer priorities, and competitive dynamics.
Metrics & Measures of Success
  • Achievement of individual bookings targets.
  • Size, health, and conversion of opportunity pipeline.
  • Strength of executive‑level customer relationships.
  • Account expansion and long‑term value creation.
  • New logo engagement and development.
  • Effectiveness of collaboration and deal execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise, consultative B2B sales.
  • Proven success selling data‑driven, SaaS, analytics, research, or advisory solutions.
  • Strong executive‑level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales environments independently.
  • High degree of accountability, organization, and sales discipline.
  • Experience working with Financial Services clients preferred.
  • Retail Banking experience a plus.
  • Travel is up to 30%.
